provides a wide range of surveying services, primarily in the Lake Tahoe Area.

Our survey department provides topographic and boundary surveys that meet all local agency requirements - including the Tahoe Regional Protection Agency (TRPA). We also provide ALTA/ACSM surveys, elevation certificates, boundary line adjustments, subdivision surveys and plats, and legal descriptions of property. In addition, we offer all types of construction staking - ranging from utility locations, to residential house layouts, to streets, to golf courses, to large subdivisions, to schools. We also offer digital ground modeling, profiles, sections and volume computations.

Our field and office technicians have strong backgrounds in engineering and design concepts. They are familiar with all the subdivisions in the Tahoe-Truckee Area. They gather data necessary for design work during the initial survey process, and are able to detect potential problems onsite and work with designers to clarify and rectify such problems.

Surveys are carried out using an electronic total-station theodolite, supported by automatic data logging, which is downloaded direct to office computers. Final survey plans are available in electronic format on floppy disk, CD-ROM, or as E-mail attachments; as well as on paper or Mylar.
