K.B.Foster Civil Engineering, Inc. specializes in handling medium sized ($1 to $10 million construction cost) engineering projects as well as small engineering projects where we get personally involved with our individual clients. We approach each engineering project, large or small with knowledge, technical skills and creative design approaches that ensure our clients' satisfaction. In addition our planning staff has fostered positive relationships with regulatory agencies such as Placer County, Nevada County, the Town of Truckee, Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board and the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA).
